Union Street Dental Care is pleased to welcome Jenny Laing to the team as our new Dental Therapist.

Jenny qualified from Dundee University in 2011 with a BSc in Oral Health Sciences. Jenny will provide clinical and educational care in the prevention of periodontal (gum) disease.  Jenny is committed to providing our patients with a first class standard of patient care, while supporting our patients to maintain the healthiest and most attractive smile.

As well as the duties of a Hygienist, Dental Therapists are qualified to undertake a range of preventive procedures such as:

·         Simply fillings and extract of deciduous teeth

·         Place pre-formed crowns on deciduous teeth.

·         Provide emergency temporary replacement of crowns and fillings.

Appointments are available on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and every 3rd Saturday morning.
