Persistent bad breath, bad taste or dry mouth problems?
We have good news for you – our hygienist can offer you a personalised treatment programme to maintain oral health and prevent bad breath.
Bad breath begins in the mouth and not in the stomach and is caused by gases given off by the dead bacteria (food) trapped between the teeth. If these bacteria are not properly removed you may go on to develop cavities, loose teeth and gum disease.
After an initial assessment, your hygienist will discuss with you how you can remove the bacteria, improve your oral health and prevent bad breath.
Following a thorough ultrasonic clean and polishing of your teeth the hygienist will then use our in house inter-dental cleaning aids to remove the bacteria from between each tooth and from your tongue.
