| Partner | David Smith.BDS. General Dental Council Number: 61922 After qualifying in 1986, Dave gained work experience with general practice in Norfolk and Glenrothes before joining Higginson & Hamilton in 1991 as an associate. In 2002, he joined Phil Higginson in partnership. |

| Partner | Lee Strachan. BDS General Dental Council Number: 83308 After qualifying in 2004, Lee Strachan gained work experience with general practice in Kirkcaldy. He joined Union Street Dental Care as an associate in September 2005. In 2009, on his return from sabbatical in New Zealand, he joined Dave Smith in partnership. |

| Hygienist | Linda Piscini EDH General Dental Council Number: 3731 Linda qualified as a dental hygienist at Dundee Dental School. She joined the practice in 1990. She has appointments all day Monday and Wednesday and on Friday mornings. | |
| Hygienist | Wendy Mouat EDH. General Dental Council Number: 4198 Wendy qualified as a dental hygienist at Glasgow Dental School. She joined the practice in 2002. She has appointments in Union Street on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays. | |
| Hygienist | Allyson Paterson EDT. General Dental Council Number: 5087 Allyson Paterson has joined the practice in 2012. She has appointments in Union Street on Saturday mornings. | |
| Practice Manager | Linda Wallace – Linda has a BA in Marketing and is committed to implementing new initiatives and ideas to improve our level of customer service and patient care. Linda is committed to developing a caring practice that patients are confident to visit and staff are happy to work in. Linda joined the practice in March 1993. | |

Janet McAlpine - Janet is a qualified Dental Nurse and joined the practice in 2000. Janet has an Honors Degree in Social Sciences. Janet is experienced in all aspects of Dental Nursing and maintains the practice Infection Control Policy proficiently and in line with the British Dental Associations most recent guidelines. Janet also implements induction and training programmes for new staff. | |
| Qualified Dental Nurse | Julia Loudon – Julia joined the practice in February 2008. Julia passed her Dental Nursing Qualification with ‘Merit’ has over 20 years experience of dental nursing and is highly skilled in Infection Control Policies. Julia is responsible for implementing CPR procedures for all staff ensuring the practice is prepared in the event of an emergency. In addition to her daily practice duties Julia maintains the practice ordering and stock control. | |
| Qualified Dental Nurse | Corrine Finlay – Corrine passed her Dental Nursing Qualification in 2011. Corrine joined the practice in 2008 and also has a qualification in Business Administration and Information Management. Corrine has extensive customer service skills and looks forward to welcoming you to the surgery. . | |
| Receptionist / Marketing | Gayle Hunter - Administrator Gayle rejoined USDC in 2008 after a break of 10 years she has proven communication and interpersonal skills. During her absence, she studied and gained her Degree in Social Science. Gayle looks forward to welcoming you at the reception desk and dealing with any information and advice you may require. | |
| Receptionist / Marketing | Kay Smith – Kay joined the practice in 2010 and has a qualification in Business Administration and Information Technology. Kay has worked in Private practice for over 13 years. She is responsible for welcoming all patients to the practice and manages the daily administration duties. | |
| Trainee Dental Nurse. | Hannah Myles – Hannah joined the practice in 2011 and is working towards her Dental Nursing Qualification. | |
